For Customers from the European Union (EU):
Our products are manufactured and shipped from within the European Union. There are no changes for customers from EU countries. There are no additional taxes, duties or any extra charges! You can shop with confidence, all prices are final. We will ship your order from within the EU!
For non-European Union Customers (except United Kingdom):
Our products are manufactured and shipped from within the European Union. There are no changes for customers from non-EU countries.
Your order may be subject to import duties which are levied once your package reaches your country. CoverCouch ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", does not collect your local duties, and cannot accurately predict what your particular charges may be. UPS processes the shipment through your local Customs office for you, so you don't have to waste valuable time dealing with the complexities of local Customs clearance. If a Customs duty applies, the UPS driver will collect these fees directly from the recipient upon delivery.
For Customers from the United Kingdom (UK):
Due to BREXIT, On 31 December 2020, the transition period for the United Kingdom’s withdrawal from the EU ended. This means that the UK is now formally a third country and EU law no longer applies there. For the purposes of customs, the UK is treated as any other non-EU country as of 1 January 2021. In particular, customs procedures and formalities now apply to trade between the UK and the EU.
Our products are manufactured and shipped from the European Union. UK and EU had struck the trade deal during the final days in 2020.
There is a fee called "Customs fees” of £15 GBP for extra paperwork on the border. This fee is paid during the checkout and will guarantee no extra fees, duties or taxes paid on delivery!
Currently all shipments from / to UK/EU are experiencing delays. We work closely with UPS to sort the things out.
Delays in Processing and Shipping Orders due to COVID-19
The past couple of months have been challenging for many reasons and we want to say thank you for your support and patience during this difficult time. We’ve continued to prioritize the health and safety of our staff and community, but we know that has caused frustration with your orders and we’d like to apologize for the delay.
We are currently operating at much less capacity, slowing down the speed at which we can process orders.
As mentioned above, we are not able to operate at full capacity which is delaying some order processing times. Please allow 6-8 weeks from the time you order.

We can deliver our covers anywhere in mainland Great Britain and almost anywhere in the rest of the world. Please select your country from countries dropdown list during the checkout. If you can't find your country in that list, unfortunately we do not deliver to your destination, however we are able to find a solution for you, please contact us at [email protected]
We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. You must be at home (or at the specified shipping address) to accept delivery of your order, which is normally between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday-Friday. We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.
Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility.
After two failed delivery attempts (or if you are not at home for an agreed delivery) the goods may be returned to the factory and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.
If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.
Please check the goods on delivery - any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or ourselves within a reasonable time.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
Time is not the essence of the contract unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by a Director of the Company.

If paying the driver by check, the check is to be made out to UPS according to their instructions.
