Returns & Cancellations

Because every cover is made specifically for you, our returns policy reflects the custom nature of what we make. Here is everything you need to know.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our production facility. Once your cover has shipped, we are unable to accept cancellations as it has been made to your exact specification.

Change of Mind

As our covers are personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns due to a change of mind, or where a colour or fabric does not meet expectations — for instance if a shade appears different on screen than in person.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your cover arrives with a manufacturing defect — such as holes, a broken zipper, tears, or an incorrect fit — you are entitled to a remedy. Please contact us and refer to our Faulty Goods & Guarantee policy for how we resolve these cases.

Outlet & Discounted Items

Products purchased from our Outlet section are already offered at a reduced price. These items are excluded from our standard returns policy and cannot be returned unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

Process

How to Request a Return

If you believe your item qualifies, please get in touch within the required timeframe. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Restocking fee: If a return is accepted and no fault lies with CoverCouch, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Step 1 · Within 14 days of delivery

Email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue.
Step 2
Await confirmation
Our team will review your request and confirm whether the return is approved, along with return instructions.
Step 3 · Within 30 days of delivery
Send the item back
Return the unused item in its original condition. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Step 4
Refund processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed (minus any applicable restocking fee).
